ON LINE AUCTIONS POLICY
1. PARTICIPATION TO THE AUCTIONS
For taking part in the on line auctions is necessary to be registered to store.acmilan.com. For purchasing on store.acmilan.com, sales conditions are the same indicated on the website.
2. AUCTIONS AIM
All the auctions have a charity aim, in aid of Fondazione Milan – Onlus and its projects. For further information about the raised funds destination, please see the website www.fondazionemilan.org
3. BUYER DUTY
For taking part in the on line auctions, the buyer has to provide the required information for the products delivery.
The registration is required just before the first access and the buyer engages to communicate exact and truthful information concerning identifying data, private address and other useful details for the order processing.
4. DELIVERY TIME AND WAY
Fondazione Milan will delivery the products to the buyer address, by express courier. Delivery will take place within 3 working days for Italy and within 7 working days for foreign countries, starting from the receipt date from Fondazione Milan of the donation correspondent to the auction final price.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT WAY
Prices are expressed in Euros (€).The resulting total price at the end of the auction procedure is inclusive
of transport charges, but does not include custom duties and possible additional charges on the sale price, required to import goods in a foreign country. Any supplementary charge relative to clearance procedures shall be paid exclusively by the recipient. Payment will have to be in full by this way:

The buyer has to make the payment within 48 hours from the auction end.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties will not be responsible for the delay in the fulfilment of their obligations, in conformity with the contract, if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. The party that is late due to force majeure will be entitled to have a term extension necessary to fulfil such obligations.
7. PRIVACY
The data, provided by the customer and necessary for the regular execution of the contract, will be processed in compliance with the provision of the 2003 Legislative Decree no. 196 regarding “Personal Data Protection”.
8. COMMUNICATIONS
All communications between the parties will have to be made in writing and forwarded to the address of the other party. All communications forwarded by electronic mail to the address of the other party will be considered in writing.
