TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO 2003 LEGISLATIVE DECREE n. 196, art. 13 (TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION)

Dear Customer,
this is to inform You that Your personal-data processing is elaborated at Edizioni Periodiche Italiane S.r.l. (hereafter “EPI”), and at Warner Bros. Entertainment Italia S.p.A., fully respecting the 2003 Legislative Decree n. 196. The data are entered in the Epi databanks and in the Warner Bros. Entertainment Italia S.p.A. databanks after the acquisition of Your consent, apart from the cases provided by the 2003 Legislative Decree n. 196 art. 24.
In compliance to these Terms and Conditions, the processing will be characterised by correctness, lawfulness and transparency, as by the protection of Your confidentiality and rights. In conformity with the 2003 Legislative Decree n. 196 art. 13, we inform You that:
1. The personal data are collected for contractual, commercial, administrative- accounting, statistical purposes and for the establishment of ordinary commercial contacts and the processing is carried out in the following ways: manual and computerised.
2. The grant of the personal data is facultative.
3. The refusal of the personal data grant will result in the failing of the purposes considered at point 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Your data have been acquired on our request/ through Your contact and they will be possibly disclosed to shipping agencies, couriers, consultants, for the carrying out of the above-mentioned purposes and also for further marketing initiatives, as well as advertisement, promotion and market research activities. At EPI, your data will be possibly disclosed to the Marketing and Administrative Offices and, at Warner Bros. Entertainment Italia S.p.A., they will be possibly disclosed to third party marketing agencies and third party licensees of Warner Bros. Consumer Products Italia Division.
5. You can apply to the data holders and the Offices in Charge of the data processing to assert Your rights in compliance to the 2003 Legislative Decree n. 196 art. 7, so to obtain: the proof of Your data existence; their cancellation; their change to anonymous form and their block if they have been processed with the violation of the law. You can also obtain Your data update; their verification or rather their integration; the statement that the described operations have been notified to those the data were disclosed to.
6. The processing data holders are EPI and Warner Bros. Entertainment Italia S.p.A.
7. The Offices in Charge of the personal-data processing, also in accordance with the 2003 Legislative Decree n. 196 article n. 7, are the Marketing Office for EPI and the Marketing Office for Warner Bros. Consumer Products Italia Division.
