The 2024/25 match jersey follows the customisation, patch and sponsors characteristics of the 2023/24 Serie A matches. It may be subject to change during the course of the season. We are not responsible for any changes to the official player roster, patches design and sponsor for the 24/25 season.
SHIPPING TIMES
Order process times and shipping will depend upon the product types you have purchased.
For orders containing non customized items, we aim to process within 1 business day before shipment. Delivery from our courier will then take on average an additional 2-3 business days.
For orders containing at least one customized item, we aim to process between 1-3 business days before shipment. Delivery from our courier will then take on average an additional 2-3 business days.
You will receive a dispatch notification with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
WHAT IS A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?
Customized products include team jerseys featuring the names and numbers of players on the roster, or simply customized with patches chosen by the customer (e.g., jerseys with or without UCL, wefox,Fondazione Milan patches, etc.). Please remember that customized products have specific production timelines and return policies which differ from non customized products.
IF I PURCHASE BOTH A NON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT AND A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT IN THE SAME ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
If you place an order for a"standard" product (e.g., a scarf) and a customized item (e.g a playerjersey with name/patch), your order will follow the shipping and delivery timelines established for a customized product, as both items will be shipped together.
