MY ORDER
REGISTRATION
If you already have a MyMilan account, simply click on 'login' and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. If you are a new user, you will need to register before placing your order. You can create your MyMilan profile by clicking on "Not registered yet? Register". Alternatively, proceed to purchase in guest mode by simply entering your e-mail address.

LOGIN
Access your reserved area by indicating your username (corresponding to the email address associated with your account) and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it using the "Forgot your password" function.

ADDING AND EDITING PRODUCTS IN THE SHOPPING CART
You can change the contents of your shopping cart as you wish, by adding items or removing some, before you have made your payment. Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to change the purchased items: no more products can be added, removed or changed (e.g. size, colour).

If you wish to cancel an order immediately after purchase, please contact customer service as soon as possible using the form provided: if the order is not yet in process, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
SENDING YOUR ORDER
Buying from the ACMilan online store is quick and easy:
- Log in to your MyMilan profile, or make a guest purchase
- Browse the site (or search) to find the products you want.
- Select size, colour and quantity and then click on "Add to cart". Repeat the operation for all the products you wish to purchase.
- Access your basket to check the total amount, change your selection, use any promotional codes. Then click on "CHECKOUT" to proceed, or select other items from the navigation menu to continue your shopping
- Choose the shipping method, indicating the address where you prefer to receive the goods, and the payment method (credit card, prepaid cards, Klarna, Skrill, PayPal or cash on delivery, the latter for Italy only). At this stage you can also decide to use any gift cards or discount codes.
- Conclude the order: you will receive a confirmation email to the address associated with the MyMilan profile used for the purchase or to the email address indicated during checkout, if you purchased in guest mode. In a few days your package will be delivered to the chosen address.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases from the online store can be made in various ways:
- Credit cards or prepaid cards of the main circuits
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Skrill
- Cash on delivery (Italy only). Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery of the goods. Shipment by cash on delivery has an additional shipping cost of €10. In case of return and refund, you will be asked for a bank account in which to make the payment, and you may have to wait a few days longer than with digital payment. Payment is in cash and the courier is not required to have change available.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive email notifications whenever the status of your order changes, so you can follow its processing step by step. If you do not receive any updates or if you need further clarification, you can contact us via the form to find out the status of your order.

USE OF COUPONS AND VOUCHERS
Coupons and promotional codes allow you to get a discount on your online purchases. To take advantage of the promotion reserved for you, select the products you wish to purchase, go to the shopping cart and enter the code in the empty field in the 'enter promotion code' box.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been confirmed and sent for processing, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, exercise your right to cancel the order within 30 days of the delivery date. If, however, the order is not yet being processed, please contact us immediately using the appropriate form: if possible, we will cancel the order and proceed with an immediate refund.

SHIPMENT
TRACKING
When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with the link for courier tracking. The couriers used for shipping are SDA for Italy and UPS for shipments abroad.

When purchasing, it is important to leave a valid telephone number, which will be available to the courier in case of problems with the delivery.
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once the order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to change the shipping address. If you wish to change the address associated with your account, so that you can have it available for future purchases, please log into your profile and make the necessary changes.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of order placed (e.g. customised products), the destination of the shipment or holidays. Please note that in the case of purchasing pre-order products, the delivery time may be longer, which will always be specified during checkout. If you purchase other items together with the pre-order product, the shipping time will be unique and will follow the shipping time of the pre-order product. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product you have received has a small defect, please send us a photo using the form provided so that we can assess the extent of the problem and offer you appropriate assistance. For technical reasons, the colour of the products displayed on the website may differ slightly from the actual colour: this variation cannot be a reason for a refund.

CUSTOMISATION ISSUES
Customised products are created especially for you, which is why returns are not possible. If the customisation of your product is wrong and does not comply with what you requested at the time of purchase, please contact us via the form and we will offer you appropriate assistance.

When customising jerseys with players' names and numbers, please bear in mind that the team's current squad is only made official after the close of the transfer market. Likewise, the allocation of official jersey numbering to players takes place within the deadline specified by the competent sporting bodies. Any purchase of a personalised jersey made before these dates is therefore at the consumer's risk, as the player may no longer wear the AC Milan jersey or may change the jersey number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN POLICIES
From the moment you have received your order, you have 30 days to communicate your decision to return the goods, by filling in the appropriate form that you can find online in the order status consultation section in your reserved area (if you have purchased as a registered user), or in the order status check page, accessible from the thank you email received at the end of your purchase, if you have purchased as a guest.
The return is free of charge for the customer. After following the return request procedure, you will receive by email the instructions to follow in order to return the goods. You will receive the waybill that you have to affix to the parcel and book our courier to pick it up. You can choose a different courier to return the goods, but in this case you will be responsible for the costs. In any case, the delivery of the goods to the courier must take place within 14 days from the completion of the return request.
An essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the return in perfect condition of the purchased products, unused, with original labels not removed and in their original packaging.

Returned products must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including label, price, tags unaltered and attached to the product) must be packaged carefully, so as to safeguard the original wrappings from any damage, writing or labelling. Products that have been washed and damaged by detergents/additives, or products damaged by the customer due to inexperience (e.g.: ironing at excessive temperature, incorrect application of patches on shirts, etc.) will not be reimbursed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: on customised products at the express request of the customer (e.g.: customised products with names and/or numbers, with initials, with the exception of defective or damaged products); on face masks; on match jerseys following the change of the player's jersey number or his transfer to another team.
