- What is Rossoneri Rewards? – Rossoneri Rewards is the free loyalty program launched by AC Milan, reserved for all fans registered on MyMilan who make purchases on the official online store or in participating physical stores (Flagship Via Dante, Casa Milan Store, Milano Malpensa Store).
- How can I earn points? – Upon registering for Rossoneri Rewards, customers receive 50 points as a Welcome Bonus. Customers can then earn points in several ways: they receive 1 point for every €1 spent online or in participating stores, provided they are properly logged into their profile or communicate their membership at checkout; 100 points on their birthday; 200 points for each friend invited by following the instructions in the “refer a friend” section; and by interacting with widgets available on the Rossoneri Rewards page.
- Where can I check my points balance? – Each registered user can check their points balance both on the official Rossoneri Rewards page and in the “My Account” section.
- How can I redeem rewards? – Each member can redeem rewards in the “How to redeem points” section by converting points into discount codes or fantastic rewards. Discount codes can be used both in the online store and in physical stores. Once a code is redeemed, an email containing the discount code will be sent, to be entered at checkout or communicated at the register to the staff of the participating store. Physical rewards can only be redeemed online, and it is not possible to place an order containing only the free gift. Additionally, only one free gift can be redeemed per order. Coupons are valid for one year from the moment they are redeemed; they can be combined with sale items but not with other discount codes (e.g. free shipping, CRN Card, birthday discount, etc.).
- Do points expire? – Points remain valid for 365 days starting from the last interaction with the program: a purchase, points redemption, or “invite a friend” activity.
