Terms & Conditions Rossoneri Rewards
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ROSSONERI REWARDS
The Rossoneri Rewards Loyalty Program of AC Milan S.p.A, VAT no. 01073200154, with registered office in Milan, via Aldo Rossi no. 8 (hereinafter, "Milan" or "Club") is reserved for customers registered in the program (hereinafter, "Members") under the terms indicated in these Terms and Conditions, which form the agreement between each Member and the Club. Through the Rossoneri Rewards Loyalty Program (hereinafter, "Rossoneri Rewards" or "Program"), Members can accumulate Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed for certain benefits and privileges (hereinafter, "Rewards") by making purchases through the following channels:
• Club e-commerce: store.acmilan.com
• Milan Store: Milan Flagship Via Dante, Milan Store Casa Milan, Milan Store Malpensa
Milan reserves the right to add, remove, or modify at any time, and at its sole discretion, the sales channels in which the Rossoneri Rewards program is active, as well as the related criteria for points assignment and Rewards distribution.
- PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Participation in the Rossoneri Rewards program is subject to registration with MyMilan and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To register for the Program, users must create a MyMilan account and subsequently accept the Program’s Terms and Conditions. Registration is possible both via the website https://store.acmilan.com and in participating Stores using devices provided for registration.
For users already registered with MyMilan, upon their first login they will be offered participation in the Rossoneri Rewards program by accepting these Terms and Conditions. Alternatively, they can access the Program section through the following link https://store.acmilan.com/pages/rossoneri-rewards.
- PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
The Program is intended for all MyMilan registrants. Membership in Rossoneri Rewards is limited to natural persons, and only one account can be activated per MyMilan user. To complete registration, users must access the Program section at https://store.acmilan.com/pages/rossoneri-rewards and accept these Terms and Conditions. Members will receive a confirmation email once registration is completed. Milan reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Program at any time, as described in this document. Members are responsible for checking these updates. Milan also reserves the right to suspend and/or block the account of Members who do not comply with the Program's Terms and Conditions or misuse it. Terms and Conditions will be available at any time on store.acmilan.com.
- COMPANY’S RIGHT TO MODIFY/CANCEL THE PROGRAM
Milan reserves the right to modify, limit, implement, or terminate the Program, its structure, any of its features, or these Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and in any way, providing notice to the Member at the time of login. In case of disagreement with changes made by Milan, the Member may unsubscribe from the Program at any time using the methods described below. Failure to unsubscribe implies tacit acceptance of the changes made by the Club.
- UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THE PROGRAM
Members have the right to unsubscribe at any time by sending an unsubscribe request via the Contact Us section in our Help Center. This request will be processed by the Club within a reasonable time, and the Member will receive confirmation of the request outcome. By unsubscribing, the Member waives the right to use the points and benefits obtained through the Program. It is understood that deleting the MyMilan account will automatically result in unsubscribing from the Program.
- PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS
Milan will send Program-related communications to Members via email, such as but not limited to: level updates; reward notifications; registration confirmations; and notices of any Program changes.
- PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 679/2016, Milan processes personal data collected during registration and participation in the loyalty program as the data controller, for the purposes and in the manner described in the “Rossoneri Rewards” section of the privacy policy.
- POINTS ACCUMULATION
Points can be accumulated through the following actions:
• Program Registration (50 points): Upon completing the registration, the Member will automatically receive 50 points.
• Purchases (€1 = 1 point): Members earn 1 point for every euro spent on the specified sales channels. To earn points, purchases must be made by a logged-in MyMilan user. Points awarded match the total order value and are credited once the purchase is completed. Members can view their points balance and transaction history at https://store.acmilan.com/pages/rossoneri-rewards. The Club is not responsible for uncredited points from purchases made outside the specified process or without being logged in (referred to as Purchase Points).
• Birthday (100 points): Members receive 100 points on their birthday as provided during MyMilan registration.
• Refer a Friend (200 points): Members receive 200 points for each friend who makes their first purchase on store.acmilan.com using the Member’s coupon code. The code is only valid for first-time customers.
• Visit Our Page (15 points): Members receive 15 points upon landing on the page linked through the “visit page” CTA in the “How to Earn Points” section. This is redeemable once per page visited.
- MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
The Rossoneri Rewards Program has three membership levels (Player, Captain, Legend), based on purchase points accumulated during the calendar year. Each level grants access to specific Rewards, redeemable using the points balance. Once a level is reached, the Member keeps it for the rest of the current year and the following calendar year. The Member can move up levels if they reach the required threshold.
Example: if a Member spends €250 in 2025 reaching Captain Level, they will retain that level until December 31, 2026, with access to the related Rewards. The 2027 level will be based on purchase points accumulated in 2026.
• Player: Immediate access upon registration.
• Captain: Accumulated spend of €250
• Legend: Accumulated spend of €750
- POINTS VALIDITY
Points are valid for 365 days from the Member’s last interaction with the Program. Points remain valid as long as the Member is active, defined as having completed at least one of the following actions in the past 365 days:
• Earned Purchase Points
• Redeemed points for one or more Rewards
• Referred at least one friend
Members who remain inactive for over 365 days lose their entire points balance.

Accumulated points can be redeemed for Rewards based on membership level. The list of redeemable Rewards is available at: https://store.acmilan.com/pages/rossoneri-rewards

11. RETURNS
Returns must comply with the Club’s return policy, available in the Help Center. When an item is refunded, the associated points will be deducted from the Member’s account, updating the total spend and membership level. The Member will also be re-credited the points used to redeem Rewards related to the refunded order.
