The 2023/24 match shirt respects the customisation and patch characteristics of the last 2022/23 Championship match. It may be subject to change during the course of the season. We are not responsible for any changes to the official player roster for the 23/24 season.

Both shipping services offer a package tracking service. SDA delivers from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons. Recipients may not request deliveries at precise times of day or on specific days. If the recipient is absent, the shipping service will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the form of a sticker attached on the recipient's front door. Two delivery attempts will be made; if both are unsuccessful, the shipping service will try to contact the recipient. It is important to provide a phone number (landline or mobile) when placing an order to facilitate deliveries. It is important to provide a delivery address where someone is present to receive the goods. It is also important to always indicate the last name as it appears on the buzzer at the front door. Milan Entertainment srl will not be liable for any malfunctioning of the shipping on the part of the shipping service.

what does customized product mean?
Personalized means not only the product made with the specifications chosen by the customer (e.g., jersey with a particular name written on it), but any product for which the user makes a specific selection of elements that define it. Thus, customized products are also understood to be match jerseys with names and numbers of players in the team, or simply customized with patches chosen by the customer (e.g., jersey with or without UCL patch, Wefox, Fondazione Milan etc.). Remember that customized products have specific production timelines and return policies.
If I purchase both a standard product and a customized product in the same order, in what time frame do I receive the order?
If I purchase a "standard" product (e.g., scarf) and a custom item (e.g., player jersey) in an order, then my order will follow the expected shipping and delivery time for a custom product since it will all be shipped together.
